Founded in 2010, the RAP-C is a Government – wide organization supported by both the Office of Federal Procurement and Policy (OFPP) and the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI).

To impact the U.S. Federal Government by proactively and effectively improving communication, efficiency accountability and competency of Rising Acquisition Professionals within the Acquisition Workforce.
Vision
To promote a sense of community and professional identity among Rising Acquisition Professionals through an experience that fosters career development, peer networking and educational opportunities.
